Registration Fee includes:

• Presentation of one accepted paper at the INFUS 2026 Conference
• Publication of one accepted paper (minimum 5, maximum 6 pages) in the Springer proceedings 
• Participation in the conference is mandatory for publication. Non-presented papers will be excluded from the proceedings.
• Access to remote/onsite tutorial sessions at the conference.
• Access to all remote INFUS 2026 conference scientific sessions 
• Social Activities (Only Onsite Participants)
• Conference bag and gifts (Only Onsite Participants)
• Gala dinner, welcome cocktail, three days coffee breaks (Only Onsite Participants)
• Three days lunches (Only Onsite Participants)



Student Registration Fee includes:

• Presentation of one accepted paper at the INFUS 2026 Conference
• Publication of one accepted paper (minimum 5, maximum 6 pages) in the proceedings (guaranteed only for registration received before May 20, 2026)
• Access to tutorial sessions at the conference.
• Access to all  INFUS 2026 conference scientific sessions 

 
Author Registration

Author registration is compulsory for proceedings, to be sent by May 20, 2026. In order to be included in the INFUS 2026 proceedings, an appropriate author’s registration and payment for each accepted paper must be received by May 20, 2026. Authors can choose Oral or Poster presentation. The delegates are welcome to attend the conference without paper submission provided that an appropriate full registration fee have been paid. 

Please note that attendance is also mandatory to receive the e-proceedings (you must attend the conference and present your paper in order to receive the conference proceedings).

Each accepted paper should be covered by a conference registration. In case of extra accepted papers without any additional registration, a fee of 100 € applies for each additional paper.

If you are author and need an invitation letter, please send email to “infus@itu.edu.tr”. An invitation letter can be provided to non-authors only for those registered in the conference.

Student Registration
For student registration, students must send a copy of their student ID by email to infus@itu.edu.tr. Student ID card will be required at conference venue.
